We are here to bake. To have fun with it. To learn the limits of recipes and their ingredients, to then test them and maybe even ignore them completely. AND WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
BECAUSE BAKING SHOULD BE FUN
I want us to be playful again, in a world of rules.

BUTTER. SUGAR. FLOUR. EGGS.
We will.. “Learn their rules, then break them”
And we’ll do this through the recipe themselves, through practical experiments rather than ‘chatty cathy theory’.
BUT YOU YOURSELF DON’T EVEN HAVE TO BAKE ANYTHING.YOU CAN JUST COME ALONG FOR THE FUN OF IT.
